Account Manager

Role Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsors

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

  • Work cross functionally with product team in order to meet the needs of the clients requests

 

Key Success Factors

  • Detail-oriented - ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere, while maintaining attention to detail

  • Experience in prospecting, building and maintaining a client base through new business opportunities, renewal, and increase

  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

  • Ability to identify and resolve problems

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

  • Passion for Digital Marketing, Business, or New Media

  • Experience in Paid Search, Local SEO Campaign management, or Social Media Management is a plus

  • Google Ads / Bing certification is a plus

  • Insurance industry experience a plus

  • BS/BA degree preferred, but not required
